If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return it back to us for an exchange credit only. Unfortunately Tiburon Treats Inc. does not accept product refunds. We allow exchanges for new and unopened packages within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Exchanges may be made only after the customer receives an exchange authorization number from the customer service department. Exchanges attempted without an authorization number will not be accepted and returned to the customer. If you need to make an exchange, you must email us at or call us at 905-493-5522. There are no exchanges at all on custom or personalized orders. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges on discontinued products or opened products.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds are given only to customers ordering internationally from Canada. The refund is only given to you when you receive an additional shipping charge and you are unhappy with the price. There will be NO REFUNDS GIVEN to approved shipping orders. Once the order has been approved and sent out, we will not issue refunds. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly issue you a product exchange credit within 7 days of product receipt. The customer will be entirely responsible for all shipping charges of the current and new product order.

Inventory Updates

We make every attempt to keep an accurate inventory count throughout this website. However, there is no guarantee that any product(s) is in-stock and ready to ship. For wholesale orders: all back orders under $100 (before shipping and taxes) will be cancelled. All back orders over $100 (before shipping and taxes) will be shipped when the product becomes available. Please notify us if you wish to cancel your back order at anytime.

Wholesale Orders Restocking Policy

We will assess a 15% restocking fee for any returned product. No exceptions.

Return Instructions

Please contact us by email at to obtain an exchange authorization number before shipping the item. You should include the packing slip marked RETURN written on it. When you are ready to exchange the item, please let us know what you would like to exchange the product for.

We suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by Canadian/United Post with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Customer is solely responsible for all shipping charges on items returned for exchanges. Tiburon Treats Inc. is not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
