Tiburon Treats is a specialty bakery committed to making natural and gourmet treats for our canine companions.  Our biscuits are made with all natural ingredients to give your dogs the most nutritious treats available.  There is no sugar, no salt, no additives or by-products.  Our biscuits are baked in our bakery to ensure the freshness and quality that your dogs deserve. 

We participate in pertinent tradeshows allowing for networking and promotion of our natural and gourmet dog treats.  You can visit us at our booth at upcoming pet-related tradeshows, wellness fairs across our local Ontario markets.

Recognizing the importance of human capital, Tiburon Treats has assembled a strong management team to deliver our products in our communities, in our homes and to our pets safely and effectively.

Jo Ann Baguioro-Thompson, Founder & Chief Executive Officer joannbaguioro@tiburontreats.com

Jo Ann brings to the company her experience as an entrepreneur and her love for her canine companions.  She has three beagles - Buster, Kiana and Shorty - and has welcomed many other dogs in the last 20 years.  She brings over 15 years of management experience with strong emphasis in marketing, finance, operations with an investment boutique in Toronto from 1997 to 2006 and media advertising most recently with one of the largest multimedia publishing companies in Canada.  She is responsible for the overall management of the business including partnerships and marketing.

Paul Thompson, Executive Vice President, Operations  paulthompson@tiburontreats.com

Paul Thompson joined Tiburon Treats in 2005 with a mandate to maximize operations and production efficiencies and effectiveness.  He brings over 25 years of management and operations experience specializing in the food et al retail markets most recently with Atlantic & Pacific Food Stores.  His focus remains in product and quality development and distribution initiatives across our local markets and the webworld.

Jay Baguioro is an entrepreneur having founded Magnus Dux, a national multimedia communications and consulting company headquartered in Toronto www.magnusdux.ca.  Jay is also a Tiburon Treats and realty investor and brings over 10 years of product development, sales and marketing experience through his senior sales executive role with CTV as Sales Executive, Discovery Channel Canada, Animal Planet, travel+escape, Discovery Civilization & Project Manager, Interactive Sales, DiscoveryChannel.ca.  His forte is cultivating relationships and pursuing sales from Canada's broadcast and interactive media buyers, both at the advertising agency level and at the direct client level.

Paul Brittain joined Tiburon Treats in 2009 with a mandate to bring Tiburon Treats across the Ontario markets.  He brings over 35 years business expereience with 12 years in the pet and equestrian industry as a distributor, retailer and manufacturer representative.  He is an avid golfer and curler residing in Unionville, Ontario with his wife and 3 feline companions.
